I really got distracted by some Starbomb... >.>;;; Oh look, a basket of puppies!
Are my descriptions okay, guys? I don't to go into every single solitary detail, but I at least want to describe the characters. Thoughts?
You decide that it's time to head downtown! Surely all the fun and excitement will happen there! Besides, everyone knows that mall food makes you fat and unhealthy! Plus, that's where that big black dragon headed, maybe you can spy on him a bit to see if he'll end up as your ally or enemy...
Much to your surprise, as you walk downtown, the people you pass smile and nod at you, some even wave and look happy to see you. Maybe it won't be so hard to wander around as a feral dragon. After a short walk, you hear a commotion coming from around the corner. Quickening your pace, you head towards the noise, your curiousity piquing.
The source of the noise is a large four way intersection. Instead of cars, however, the road is filled with dragons. The huge black dragon is sitting square in the middle as people simply walk by him, continuing with their lives. There's a twinkle in his sapphire blue eyes as he chuckles to himself. "Now then... what were you saying about being the greatest dragon in Banque?"
An equally large dragon sits next to the blue haired scaly, smiling as he finishes slurping a long blood red tail down. This dragon's scales are a ruby red, constrasting his disheveled dirty white mane. He turns his black and red eyes to the black dragon as he lets out a loud belch and pats his extended stomach. "I don't know, Lil, I don't think he can hear you over his whining..." Uh... what did you walk in to? From the looks of that stomach, these two have just finished off a dragon that was larger than you; hopefully they're not looking for dessert.
From the looks of the people shuffling by you, no one would help you if these two decided to add you to their bulk. You spot an alley and start to slide towards it, hoping you haven't been noticed, but your hopes are quickly dashed. "Hey, you. The one with the headphones.... Come here."
You decide to ignore the black dragon's request and continue heading for the alley when the red dragon steps in front of you, surprisingly quick for both his size and the meal he's carrying around in his gut. "We're talking to you, runt. I don't think it's in your best interest to ignore us."
"Now now, Estheiim, don't scare the lad, I just want a moment of his time." The black dragon walks up to you and lifts a massive paw, offering it to you. "I haven't seen you around town and I'm the kind of guy who knows everyone. Pleased to meet you, the name's Liladen, and this here is my partner Estheiim."
"Uh hi..." You take Liladen's paw and shake, barely able to wrap around two of his talons. "I'm Rasko, I was just passing through." You hear a growl and a heavy breath as you feel Estheiim's bulk brush against you. Oh well, it was a good life while it lasted.
"Oh come now, Rasko, my boy! There's no need to be in a hurry, stay a while and kick back!" Liladen's gaze lands on your pudgy belly and he grins, showing off an immaculate set of fangs. "I think we can find some ways to amuse yourself around here." The dragon reaches into a satchel he's wearing around his torso and pulls out a slip of paper. "There's a carnival in town that I've invested quite a bit in. I think you'll enjoy it. Take this ticket and present it at the gate. Tell them Liladen sent you and they'll make sure you're taken care of, okay?"
You stare at the ticket, an ebony black slip with 'Galleria of Shadows' written across it, the letters dripping as though they were made of blood. You look up and the two dragons are walking away from you discussing things between themselves. Estheiim keeps looking over his shoulder at you, the scarlet pupil of his eyes digging into your's. You get an odd feeling from the two but you can't tell if you should be afraid of them or not. Pocketing the ticket, you continue down the road, turning at a corner to not be following the pair. Curiousity tugs at your mind so you pull the ticket out and stare at it again. Flipping it over, you find an elegant text in the same blood script. It simply says "Don't keep us waiting, Rasko."
You're so engrossed in the strange ticket that you don't even notice the pair of females walking around the corner. One of them lets out a loud cry as you headbutt her in the stomach and nearly knock her off her feet. Startled, you stammer out an apology as you offer your hand.
The first girl growls and slaps your paw away. "Watch where you're going, loser!" She's a fairly mid-height shark with spiky black hair. The red tips of her hair bob as she glares at you. "The hell do you think you're staring at?"
The second girl, a purple furred wolf in a bright pink tank-top grabs the first girl's arm and tugs at it. "Come on, Saedia, don't go starting fights again. You know what happened last time."
Angrily, Saedia pulls her arm away from the wolf and lets out an exaggerated, angry sigh. "You're right, Amarante. This loser isn't worth our time." She turns and stomps away, her short black skirt waving as she walks. You can't help but stare as your tongue unintentionally slides across your lips.
"Keep your eyes to yourself, jerk." You snap back into reality and stare at Amarante, the wolf staring at you in annoyance. "You perverts are all the same." She pushes by you and spits at your feet. Watching her furry purple tail swaying behind her, you can't help but wonder how nice it would feel brushing past your lips as she and her friend were forced down your throat. Your stomach growls as you watch them walk off. Trailing the girls would be easy enough, and perhaps you could find a place to catch them off guard and snag a quick meal...
On the other hand, Liladen seemed quite insistent that you check out the carnival. You could learn more about the two dragons and still grab a bit to eat at the same time. Pondering the decision, you also find yourself thinking about Jeremy. You're sure that the lizard's made it home by now; perhaps you shouldn't be downtown right now.
What to do, what to do...
>> Stalk the two girls
>> Take Liladen up on his offer and explore the Galleria of Shadows
>> Forget this mess, Jeremy offered you a place to hang out. Maybe there will be pizza!

My oh my, that was a bit of a close one ^..^; While itd be a easy snack for those two girls there might be something more at the carnival, Liladen did say you'd enjoy it. Can always crash at Jeremy's place after, seein how the message on the back of the ticket was rather insistant.

Looks like this fun and excitement turned into manditory obligations. Jeez, Rasko seems to be getting himself into some strange situations! I'd be all for taking Lilaiden up on his offer, seeing as he sounds very impatient, but first, someone needs to be learned some manners!

I'd think it best to not eat anyone untill we now more about the place, wouldn't want to eat a friend of some certine dragon...
That said those dragons sound interesting, i'm uncomfortable with the idea of walking into a place named after shadows but... I think if he was gonna eat us we would be seeing pink right now. I also want to know how the card has a message printed to us.

(Damn satellite internet, it claimed my submission was sending last night.)
Something tells me I'm going to be seen a 'prude'... hey, whatever...
The way I see it, stalking the two girls... two wrongs don't make a right, so I'd let them be. A galleria that has an invitation literally in blood?... ermmm...
Jeremy however invited Rasko over and seems quite an alright lizzy. I'd much rather take up his offer than one of a demon's.
