First, I'm still on hiatus. It's just that me and my buddy 
chameleonice were goofing around yesterday and I finished this sketch up earlier than I thought. I'll still occasionally upload stuff when I get the drive to work on them and am proud of it enough that I want to share and this one I'm proud of.
Why is Cosmo doing this to Rocket? Well, me, Cham and another person knows, but I have them sworn to secrecy. But it is something of the utmost importance to Cosmo. =P

Alright, my last comment was far more rude than necessary, but what I'm telling you is that this is a rough sketch of what I'm going with and the basics of how it's going to look, not meant to be seen as a finished product of any sort outside of its purpose as that. And those aren't his paw pads that are furry, it's just I haven't decided yet HOW ruffled his fur is going to look and what his paw pads are going to look like. So I didn't bother giving him any real pads either way, just reference lines to decide on further later.
