Although Miles Highyena is my online fursona, Asmo Lupine is and has been my primary character since I discovered furry some 18+ years ago. I've always used him in a Star Wars/Starfox universe, where Corneria is a part of the galactic Republic. Asmo has evolved and grown along with me all these years, finding a mate, having children, becoming a Jedi master and helping to do Right in the universe. though I haven't done any art of him for a long time. It was time for an update.

Most recently, Asmo's planet was attacked by an alien race of saurian avids called the Grokt'l. They'd already conquered and subjugated several lesser systems in Wild Space. Lylat was next. The Grokt'l bit off more than they could chew. It turns out that centuries ago, a group of Sith had fled extermination and found the grokt'l home world of T'l. the dinos were primitive and superstitious and readily accepted the Sith as Gods. the Sith set themselves up and changed grokt'l society to fit their selfish needs, and even raised some of the savage dinos as Sith when they lifespans ended. Eventually, Asmo led an assault against the Sith, along with Red, the Chosen One, an orphan grokt'l who was born to fulfill a prophecy when the Sith would be overthrown. Asmo's initial attack failed however, leading to his capture by the Sith, who had newly been reborn in willing human bodies. One of the sith took Asmo as her slave/pet. To ensure his cooperation, he was implanted with a device called the trask, embedded into the muscles of his shoulder, it would quickly poison him if he used the Force, or if his mistress was killed. She subjugated him, humiliated and used Asmo for her entertainment. Luckily, on the outside of the city, the Chosen One had rallied his people and the second assault on the Sith was more successful. Once Asmo's lightsaber was restored to him, he faced his Mistress, and dueled her. In an act of sacrifice that the Sith didn't sense coming, he allowed the woman to cut off his shoulder and arm, severeing him from the influence of the trask. In the same blow that cut off his arm, he sliced the Sith from shoulder to hip and destroyed her.
After the battle, he had a new arm attached to him. Usually, it is covered in a faux fur sheath, but here is his arm bared to the elements. After the war was over and the Sith were killed or driven off T'l, it was back to normal life for Asmo, raising his eight kids and training more students at his Training Camp. Asmo is a grandpa now too,
