Heeeeey. It's Nearly the lion king fanart art of you. That I can go ahead and say I respect. (Well, naturally anything lion, or Lion King related in general ends up winning my vote as good. It's a me thing mind you.)
I know the pose looks like the traditional cat pose after all, but I must confess that it happens to work for the picture as it's just charming to me. Mainly because it's NOT the traditional Lion King style. (So then I'm really applauding you just for being different. This is a good thing mind you.)
I'm going to have to say it. I'm absolutely going to have to: The EYES make the picture. They're so huge yet so.. childlike that they just draw you in. (What with you putting an insane amount of detail into them which I just don't think I'd have the patience to do anymore.) I for one happen to like it.
Plus I like how you have the outline/line art in the picture. It's showing that it IS fur and not just a solid line. (Because you know, all creatures in the animal kingdom don't just have perfectly combed hair/ fur.)
(........even though lions do most of the time. As I say so.)
That being said, I can honestly tell you that I happen to like the turn out to this oh Lily chan~
