Yesterday was spent mostly inking so I didn't get anything completed. But I do have one just hot off the presses to post. Last show I did a small zebra pic on grey board and really enjoyed it. So, a larger pic was in order. Oh, I love painting stripes! This bold fellow will be up in the MFF art show. Prints both jumbo and regular are available. 11x18 ink and acrylic ink on grey matt board.

If it weren't for the erotic overtones, I'd've loved to have got a print of this for the Parlour since I've got a whole Victorian African curios thing going off. I'm keeping an eye out for prints of African type stuff from yourself since I can probably afford that, you see.
I do like the body type you've used for him, suits the stripes well I think. At some point, I'm going to see about drawing a proper pudgy zebra since they're quite round beasties. With fuzzy manes!

For some reason, I'm always drawn to the hands whenever I see your paintings of hooved anthros. In particular, the fingertips. They tend to look like miniature hooves. I'm not sure why, but that element always sticks out in mind, and is usually one of the first things I look for in your hooved anthros. Plus his mane's pretty cool too.
