It's Jenny from the Bucky O'Hare cartoon. She's an Aldebaran cat with psychic powers (and an awesome 'do! :D), I've actually been meaning to draw her a for a while now, she's been sitting uncolored in my sketchbook for a little over a month now. I think she turned out quite nice.
