The Troika are an underground organization in the universe of 
The phrase in english represents the organization's driving force. To fight for what each individual sees as right. Coming together for each individual reason. Reinforcing each other. Etcetra.
The phrase in LATIN however, translates to "Rise above to lift those below." This is a quote borrowed from Destiny's Warlock Class Item "Skorri's Iron Bond." And I believe it fits well with the idea behind the Troika.
The front of the medallion boasts the Troika symbol. The back has both mottos and Scinter's Mark. This is meant to be made of plain stainless steel, or gold steel. Either one works well.
