Karen's been searching a remote village for the flowers that stave off her condition, but she hasn't quite found any yet. In the latter stages of her transformation, she stumbles out of a tavern and while she's on all fours, a handler for the horses throws a harness on her and hitches her to a post, wondering why her owner would let her amble freely.
