Karen found a dragon's hoard, temporarily unguarded, and hurried to pilfer as many coins, jewels, and trinkets as she could stuff into her horse's saddlebag. Each time she delved back into the cave for another armload, however, she noticed it took her fewer steps, and the cave walls seemed to inch closer and closer together. But that wasn't important. She had to get out of there before the dragon returned. Funny...she remembered renting the largest horse from the stable, not this little pony. If only she'd gotten a bigger horse she could take more treasure. Maybe...just maybe...she'll chance a second trip tomorrow. Or later tonight. Can't be too hasty with dragons around.
