This is me trying to figure out how to color with markers and ink. It's a bit of a pain, but I figured out a way to pull it off. the one on the right is the last thing I did, I think it came out great (aside from the poor figure, but it was a test so I'm not too ashamed). Anyways, the top plants were me trying to figure out how to get the lines to stand out and not smear with color. eventually, I found you just need an outline sketch in pencil, then marker, then ink. easy!
