As my 'sweeps month' (May, 2015) heads for the 'home stretch', I have a special presentation of one of the images from my "BBS" ("Big Black Sketchbook")...
A little over a week ago, I'd presented a 1994 piece of 'fan art' I'd drawn for Tommy Yune - the artist/writer/creator of "Buster The Amazing Bear" - which you can check out at http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16576915/ . My drawing depicts 'Buster' in his alternate 'muscular adult' form...
Well, in the Fall of 1995, I got to meet Mr. Yune in Elizabeth, New Jersey, at the second edition of the furry convention called "ConFurEnce East" (now known as "AnthroCon", which takes place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). I not only got him to autograph my (previously-bought) copies of "Buster...", but he was kind enough to render his ursine character in my "BBS". Presumably, this image was to have appeared in a second volume of comic book stories - which, regrettably, never got finished. Nevertheless, this rendering of 'Buster' (in his 'innocent cub' form) is quite priceless in its appearance.
