It occurred to me that I haven't posted any good pics of the handpaws I make. These are the lion paws I finished yesterday afternoon while waiting for eyes to dry. I've got 11 eyes (10 pairs and 1 replacement eye for damaged lion eye) all setting out curing.

The paw here has DVC small feline claws, the paw pads are zig-zag stitched on black vinyl and are slightly squishy to the touch and thus a little more realistic feeling. The fingers are deliberately stubby, I've discovered that the paws look a little odd if the fingers are actually long--they look more like hands then and less like paws, which rather defeats the purpose.
