This character belongs to luxoriri!
Alright, so this one was a lot of fun to research and draw. I've only ever drawn a Kirin once before, so when I was looking up the mythology, I noticed that according to certain myths, they tend to look more dragon-like, which is what I went with for this character-design.
Because the depictions I found also showcased wild, flowing hair, I figured I'd have fun with that and just draw the hair as flowy and mane-like as I could. And as I still had to add in some gems, I chose to keep the design toned down in terms of colour, to make sure that it didn't end up looking to cluttered.
All in all, I'm rather proud of this one, to be honest! :D
