This was to help me practice drawing hair and fur in a way that I enjoyed, and while it's by no means perfect, I think I'm making good progress!

It looks very good, but the top of the hair needs to be changed to look less flat.

I really like the look of the smooth shading, it's very well done.

That's a good point! I think my biggest problem is that I have no idea how to draw a muzzle head on, so I try to give it depth or length it shouldn't have X3 I'll keep practicing, though.
