This is one piece I am actually proud of drawing after a while for once. Probably because I tried something different with it style-wise. And before you ask, no it's not a SANIC HEGEHOG fan character, it's actually a creature from Flint the Time Detective. Yes, the original animation really made it look Sanic-like.
In the show, Knuckle is the time shifter of young "Totally-not-Bruce-Lee-at-all-nope-no-siree-our-lawyers-advised-not-to-say-it-is-due-to-copyright" in the bustling year of 1972. His episode even takes place in Hong Kong, too.
And that Chinese writing in the background says "奈格爾". Online translators will say it means "Nigel", but really in this context, it's a Chinese transcription of a Japanese transcription of the English word "knuckle". I pulled 奈格爾 from Flint's official Taiwanese Chinese dub, which can be found online if you know where to look (searching "時空偵探" helps too).
