The Skywing Kingdom (AKA the Ironwing Parliament) is an Empire that controls all of Heaven's Kingdom Skies. It is currently under alliance with the Ironwing Empire, Brotherhood Prophecy, and Underworld Reich. The leader of the Skywing Kingdom is Tony Carter, (Antonio Carterinna in Italian) who also leads the Vatican City, and is a dictator of Ironwing Italy. As leader of the Skywing, his duty is to limit all power, technological advances and dominance of each nation worldwide, to keep the world safe from possible conflicts. If a nation ignores warnings, the nation will subdue and succumb to fatal consequences, and the people responsible, will be prosecuted.
