Thank you very much. It's base is indeed a spear, but it was sort of reforged into a weapon of pure hellish device. That bushel at the top is a tangled mess of many blades, some which corkscrew, then of course the halbred type blade in the middle which also has a corkscrew tip as to make it harder for its victims to escape.
