While at my very first Confuzzle, I came across 
blue who is one of my favourite inflation artists. :) His suit was cool (and fun to rub his tummy with X3) and he was a pretty cool guy in general offering hugs to anyone. :)
I whipped this up while down there and managed to colour it when back home with his sign up describing exactly what he wants right now. =p Hope you like it dude. ^^
