Depends how good his motor coordination is. But considering there aren't any rules against you using your tail to shoot the ball, I think the others are the ones at a disadvantage XD

don't forget, in soccer you can use any part of your body but your hands (un less your the goaly), so he can just wrap himself around the ball and carry it into the net!
