The inspiration for this commission comes from the What's New, Scooby Doo? episode "Wrestle Maniacs". As for why Irma from the 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series, its mostly for personal preferences since she's one of my favorite characters. Plus, its nice to see her in a career outside of her typical "office clerk/damsel in distress" role she's been known for. The outfits are based on the one Velma wore in "Wrestle Maniacs" but with some alterations.
