Awesome expression, I love the exaggerated, cartoonish look. Adding lines on the horns sure is a nice way of giving an impression of texture.
I'm... not sure about the shoulders, though. I admit I'm not an expert of ankylosaurs, but they do kind of look too smooth to me. Mind you, I also don't know if this was only intended to be shaded-but-not-textured work, so eh.
