Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've uploaded any new VG pick ups. So I thought about putting up one for this month, just to sort of get back into it, I guess. Anyway, here are two new NES games I got over the past two months.
TMNT III: The Manhattan Project and Yoshi's Cookie. :D
That's all for now, see ya'll later! X3

Yep. Got a couple hundred. I used to keep a list. They're all stored in the basement now in storage tubs. I've got several accessories too. I'd find a complete system or accessory for a few bucks at Pawn stores or Thrift shops. I've got several guns, controllers, consoles, & other accessories.
The Max controller is one of the things I don't have. I have the NES Advantage, a joystick style controller. I also really want to find a Powerglove. I've got several zappers. I picked them up for a few bucks here and there. The zapper I had growing up was the orange one. I didn't know they were originally grey until I happened to see one.
I've taken one, and taken it apart to paint it, using camo paint. I have a few cartridge holding cabinets, that can hold games. One can hold about 10 games. I can't remember how many the other can hold. Maybe 20?, I'd have to take a look at it.
We've still got the console that we got when I was little. We had the one that came with the console, zapper, running mat.
I picked a few consoles up at different places. Some of them I paid $5 for. I'm not sure why I got so many. I guess I was thinking about if I ever needed parts, I'd have them.
I've picked up a few "rare" games. Some of the ones that weren't official NES cartridges. I've got a few cartridges that were made by a company called Tengen, & Some made by a company called Wisdom Tree. The cartridges on them are weird, and it's a pain to try to get them to play in the console.
I'd have to check back and see exactly what games I have. Like I said, I used to keep a list of what I had, and how rare they were. But I haven't messed with that list in a long time. I was lucky on picking most of mine up like 10 years ago. No one wanted them, so all the consoles and games were dirt cheap. Seems like now people are wanting them more, so they've increased in price. I went into a Pawn shop that I hadn't been in in years. I used to get all their NES stuff. They'd give me boxes of games and consoles for $5-$10. Now they're selling the games for that much. I couldn't believe it. I thought, I used to get like 10-20 games at a time for the price that they're selling one for now.
But yeah, at some point when I get my basement dried out from all the rain we're getting, I'll try to share my collection with you. I've got a few games that I really like. It wasn't until I started collecting games, that I learned that Duck Hunt wasn't the only game that was made that uses the Zapper. I've got several of them. I think I've got 6 that use the Zapper. I did a quick Google search to see what games used it, and counted the titles that I saw, that I know I have.
