At one time, Tricia Danford was an intelligent and pretty young cardinal that pursued a career in research scientist. Unfortunately for Tricia, her DNA didn't seem to contain a single gene for careful planning, execution or documentation that's essential to research. While her beauty (and specific applications of it) helped her get her foot in the door of the lab where Gordon Schueller and Giselle Thompson worked, it never got her any further than being Giselle's assistant. Frustrated by her lack of advancement, she directed her growing resentment and anger at Giselle, thinking the gazelle was the source of all of Tricia's troubles. Tricia's "big break" came when Giselle cracked the formula that transformed Gordon into The Brute. The unscrupulous cardinal copied the formula but in doing so copied it poorly and incorrectly. She then sold this information to another poor scientist in the same lab who soon after created Cougrrr. Reasoning that she could make even more money if she sold the formula as a means of creating new types of soldiers, she tinkered with her already bad copy and in true fashion to her sloppy nature, injected herself with the results of her handiwork.

Any trace of Tricia Danford is completely gone now. The only thing that remains is the near mindless fury of Terrorbird. For every bit that Tricia was sneaky and underhanded, Terrorbird is very overt and aggressive, her only motivation right on the surface, that being survival. It's not clear if Terrorbird even feels pain though perhaps her mutation has increased her tolerance to immeasurable limits. In one little twist of ironic fate, Terrorbird is extremely fastidious and much more agile than Tricia.
