Crescent also goes to Mount Myoboku to learn Sage Jutsu & while old toad pops Lord Fukasaku trains Naruto, Crescent gets trained part-time by old granny toad Shima & occasionally by great old Bingwen a ancient old & huge green chinese dragon who lives in the highest point of Mount Myoboku who himself got taught the ways of the toad sage by Fukasaku to better improve his own fighting ability {and later on makes a pact with Crescent so she can summon him when she needs to).

When Crescent masters sage jutsu the highlights on her face turn blue instead of orange, Fukasaku claims it's either her birth origins in the land of ice or due to her tailed beast being a blue chinese dragon.
Much to Crescents annoyance Lord Bingwen has given her the nickname of "little hatchling" which Crescent feels is much more demoralizing than Lord Fukasaku's nickaname of "Crescent-girl".

While she was training in sage mode to beat the nature energy out of her to prevent her from permenantly turning into a toad when using the toad oil, for training Granny Shima would use a batton while Bingwen would shrink himself to be less giant and smack her upside the head with his tail.
