So after that whole business with the face-shoving completely fizzled, Mewtwo owed Lucario a favor. Lucario wanted to pass a river of thick mud outside town that was inexplicably there, but he was just a little bit over his depth. That's why he needs to hitch a ride with Mewtwo. Heaven knows why Lucario was so adamant against the idea of simply teleporting or levitating across the swamp. Probably a motion sickness thing?
Whatever the reason, the only course of action left to Mewtwo was to carry his friend across on his shoulders. Let's hope he sticks to even ground, if there's such a thing underneath all that mud.

I was going to start work on something more in-depth featuring Mewtwo and mud, but Splatoon comes out today. So instead I whipped this up in the precious few hours I had before the stores open. Enjoy this picture, enjoy Splatoon, enjoy yourself. I'm out.

Just for you, here is my step-by-step guide to mud pools.
- Find a map with a narrow, enclosed space, such as a pit or a passageway. This map is probably gm_existential (ADDON OPTIONAL)
- Spawn an 8x8 plate in the air and freeze it with the right mouse button before it hits anything. This way, the plate will be perfectly level.
- Use the No Collide World tool (ADDON REQUIRED) to remove the plate's collision.
- Position the plate in your chosen cranny using the Ragdolls Mover tool (ADDON RECOMMENDED) or by using the Physgun tool. If using the latter, do not release the plate without freezing it.
- Double check to ensure that no gaps appear between the plate and the level in the view of your shot. If there are, reposition the plate or use the Resizer tool (ADDON RECOMMENDED) to expand the plate by the smallest factor necessary.
- Once the plate is exactly where you want it to be, weld it to the world by left clicking the plate and left clicking anywhere on the map itself. This will ensure that your plate will not fall through the floor if you accidentally click it while manipulating your scene's props and ragdolls.
- Use the material tool to give the plate a less solid texture. Make sure the texture you select is opaque and colourless. I used the gumball texture; it works better than you'd expect.
- Now use the colour tool to give the plate a rich, brown colour.
Follow these steps and you shall craft the illusion of a mud pit. What you do with it then is up to you.
