I cut up an old nestle cookie dough tub into quarters, glued two together, nesting. Then I glued a silicone placemat cut in strips over that, with a piece of 1" foam over that. The heels don't fall the sandals are holding, and it's now snug to my foot instead of 3 sizes too big!
