Not surprisingly, heroes and heroines are extremely popular in almost every city. And what is the first thing to comes to mind when something is extremely popular that children love? Merchandising! Certainly there are some legal hurdles to use someone's likeness for profit, but that doesn't mean toys, comics, games, and whatnot exist. Slipstream happened to come across a vendor that was selling plushies, and he immediately latched onto that opportunity.
War Wolf and Strikira don't seem too particularly thrilled about his particular brand of social commentary/comedy, but for the moment he's in his own happy little world.
