It was indeed for Eurofurence - or, at least, the arabian nights esque thing was from Eurofurence, the suit itself existed before then (and actually happened all the way back at the first Confuzzled, where the mask and the base suit were matched up... and the mask itself existed a couple of years before that, too ;) )
