Aww, I remember, at this point, I was still counting them. I wanted Steve out of prison by 200 and by Joe did I do it!

If anything, I just found the whole prison story quite depressing. I was writing it at quite a dark period in my life when I was either working for my parents, feeling trapped, or being unemployed, feeling trapped.

You can't win really.

After this I think I got the job at the chocolate shop and i think the strips become a lot happier after this.

Also, just to stir things up, and just because it was the last thing Bob expected, he gets the second diamond! Although technically it's Steve's diamond because it was given to him, but Bob, being Bob, snatched it up before Steve could even register it or even protest that it was his.

That was possibly the easier diamond Bob has ever managed to steal, but do keep in mind that it was given to Steve...
