Here's the second addition to the PCA Team Elites for the Pokémon Combat Academy.

Name: Jaul the Croconaw
Bio: The muscles of the team, Jaul has been friends with Jolt the Raichu for many years. He realized that Jolt has been away a lot recently and he had to find out what was up. One day he followed up woth Jolt and asked him what he has been up to, and he learned about the PCA and how they need four teamates for an effective team. Having a liking to pick fights, he agreed to join Jolt.
