
It is said that cats land on their feet. I was trying to figure out if the same could be said of the Centauroid Felines known as Chakats, which were originally developed by my Australian Friend Bernard Doove.

I would say no. The taurbody has those four legs, and so has stopped itself. However, the morphic half is still in motion, inertia. With a normal cat, the mass of the head is stopped because there's not much mass to stop, so the neck serves it's purpose. With a chakat, there's considerably more mass. With the thinness of the join, there is insufficient muscle to stop the motion of the morphic half. So...
