This is the line art and I will likely color it.
I already have some colors in mind but comment with some of your ideas. Please read the details first though.

Details:
collar has super thick fluff to the neck
collar has button
bottom half of jacket and jacket sleeves are white/light colored thing (kinda folded back and forth. Imagine a shop vac filter)
Inside of jacket is fluffy
long sleeve shirt underneath is a serving suggestion
pants are baggy
inside parts of pants are each one internal piece and are sewn to outer part around the edge of the holes
shoes have two overlapping parts with snaps instead of laces
buttons under big toe inside shoes illuminates shielded LED lights at the front of the shoes (buttons would be hard enough to press that it would be intentional)
