Hmm...would just be vinyl or some form of thin plastic, that can be made air tight, probably with heat and glue

look into some of the custom inflatable sites, or indestructables

as for the remote control part, it probably moves cause of its flapping tail, so fox or sergal might be hard, BUT the same mechanism would make it look like thier tail is wagging which could be a nice effect

well i found that they use for this some kind of helium baloons. sadly i have no clue about the mechanics xD

probably a vinyl based plastic, tell you what, if you find me any more information on these things, i might beable to knock together some basic diagrams and plans for the eletronics and such
