This would be a lagromorph mix, but by seeing this badge, there is this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16060155/ . Unfortunately, this suiter is only found on Facebook, and therefore, no FA account exists. Yes, not related to the 101 Dalmatians character at all, but putting it in perspective with the lady in the disguise, it would be a perfect setting.
