Hmmm...I wonder if this story is autobiographical. I do have more hair, my "tail" has been itching like mad the past few years (prompting me to get checked for cancer). But most disturbingly, I have a genetic condition wherein my body rejects toxins in foods that most humans can tolerate. I can only eat meat, a bit of corn, and some fruits. Everything else makes me violently ill nowadays.

Perhaps my idea of infusing my body with canine DNA paid off, because none of my blood relatives has the same genetic condition. I am most certainly related by blood - my point is that I believe my DNA has changed.
