Here's an OC that I use on my DA RP group: Xavier the Meowstic!

- A tragic accident caused him to gain supernatural powers, which he only uses in combat!
- Inspired from a dream I had about a Meowstic sacrificing himself to save someone... (I dunno why...) >w<
