Free Icon Base - Shirt Tug
I made this for myself, and considered doing cheap icon commissions with them, like $4-$6 used for color ins and tail adds. Etc.
But ultimately decided that you guys would probably have fun just coloring it however it pleased you! It comes with shading and everything and turned out pretty cute overall.
Rules are simple;
Credit me for the Lines(:link mintchip:), Don't sell color-ins (since it's free), and of course enjoy it!

Made one too! Turned out really good, I got my tail, thigh-highs, and just a little bit of my bottoms added in too. n.n.

Again, I can't really tell you what to do or how to fix it. It's probably more of a cache error or similar since it didn't 404 or error at all when I redownloaded it from sta.sh.
