What can I say, I'm a sucker for sweet moments. I can't stay well away from such things.
I've been looking at
Darkgem lately. Guy's got a lot of awesome stuff and a great variety of subjects to study. It's neat to see a really talented digital artist at work. I'll get there one day but until then this is the best I can do with the time I have.
EC's always been one of my favorite dragons to draw. There's no color coordination, just make his beefy body shine right and capture the shape of his muscles and the whole thing falls into place. Minimal distractions from the idea of hyper muscles until you get to the head.
This piece was just a bit odd to do. supermuscle wrists are hard to negotiate... as well as the weight musculature that doesn't seem natural but that's half the point. Everything past the biceps had me genuinely confused as to how to bring it to life. I think I did an okay job but that might be me making excuses.
I hope nobody's offended about me shading this.

Well goddamn, that is some fine work and shading going on over there. I'm rather impressed~
And yeah, I had problems with the arms and wrists in this image: while drawing big muscles is fun and something I specialize in (somewhat), it's making the poses feel more natural and dynamic that makes it difficult when you don't necessarely know how to position an arm thicker and wider by it's musculature by default.

Thank you EC, Fanart always demands that I do my best.
Try looking at Aokmaidu's stuff. His arms are uniformly sort of poofy, which matches what you're looking for: "bulky/stuffed up on the arms to make them look big" http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13747107/
And honestly, EC's hands are pretty darn small for a guy his size.

Although it's a nice ref, that wasn't exactly what I wanted to see: details is after all that I'm after when I try to draw bulky, musclebound characters and that's why I'd rather wish to see and know (from every perspective, angle, pose and position possible) how forearms and hands muscles work when doing something, along with how the body and it's muscles should look when a musclebound character wider than a door does something mundane or extra-work requiring activity (example: crouching, sitting, running, punching, throwing, catching, kicking, etc.)
