Long before I-Pad, I-Phone to dowload any games and even Gameboy there was the old Tiger LCD handheld games from the 80s and to only way to play any games are from these units. Okay so it was the Dark Ages of gaming.^_^;
Tiger Electronics is an American toy manufacturer, best known for its handheld LCD games, the Furby, Giga Pets, and the 2-XL robot product, and electronic games such as Brain Warp. When Tiger was an independent company, Tiger Electronics Inc., its headquarters were in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Tiger made a LOT of those little handheld LCD games (similar to the little Nintendo Game & Watch games) over the years up until the early 2000's. I'm starting to add a bunch of them as I find pictures of them. I also have their LED and larger tabletop LCD games listed here. Tiger games were released under the Orlitronic label in France (and possibly other countries). I'm not quite sure if Tiger owned the Orlitonic company, or if they just licensed all their games to them. I have yet to see an Orlitronic game that I have not been able to find a Tiger version of, so I'm just going to combine these two companies on this one page.

The LCD screen with the multiple positions already on the screen but unlit is very realistic to how the games worked. The machine itself looks good too, especially the art around the screen. Great job emulating the tiger handheld game style.
