I just got hype after the Fallout 4 announcement.

Vault 98 : Located 2 miles outside to the north of The Pitts(Pittsburgh,PA). Furries are the habitat of this vault as one of the experiment. There are about 1000 Furries keep safe in the vault. This vault run with the fastest closed internet system and have technology of turning human into anthropomorphic animals(furry) and also included unmutated animal gene poll from the prewar time. This vault planned to never to be opened(To keep the Furry away from society :v ). But the water system starting to fail so the vault have to be opened after 229 years.

The overseer of this vault is a scientist named Dr. Samuel C. Conner who discover how to anthropomorphize human and animal. He anthropomorphized himself into a roach and renamed himself Doctor Sage. He gained immortality after transform himself into a humanoid roach. He still lead vault dwellers from Vault 98 onward into the wasteland.

Folks who came from Vault 98 usually a wolf, a husky, a dog, a cat, a rabbit or whatever species they picked to be while inside the vault. They are more immune to radiation but not completely. Some even have special ability that his or her species have. They are very intelligent about the prewar world and technology since they have been living on internet after all.
