Oooh, so you just used the transform tool to modify each frame? Or did you use a later photoshop with animation tools in it?

well... I use tranform tool to modify large portion of the body and fix little things to look natural. draw new framed if needed.

I dunno if there is animation tool or not. just each frame by manual :)
