So here we have Arsenal trying to cheer up the Izzay known as Splash! Splash has a unique ability to ALWAYS shed tears, even when not feeling sad. When he is happy he's completely dry! Get him crying, and you'll have waves crashing over you in no time.
Someone made fun of Splash's fins, and Arsenal's trying to cheer his buddy up before the dam breaks, but he's having trouble coming up with ideas!
(Also, unlike in his ref, Arsenal does have a gooey looking body, thanks to Rizen for such amazing care to character details :D)
