it's called Royal Clown in this story they are magic clowns who come to make people
happy by entertaining them

the bad guy is after them because he wants to take their magic away

so they are being hunted

so they have to keep the magic under control so they don't get caught

they live in a house near the city so they can go thee to make people happy
