Beautiful. Especially the strong contrasts between the sky and land... Such amazing differences in the two.

If I could live with the dry air, I'd totally live in the desert...unfortunately I have slight respiratory problems so I'm mostly confined to the beach areas where it's more humid.

I love the storm clouds! Where is that? I doubt it's SoCal because I've never seen awesome skies until I pass the border between California and Arizona...I personally think that Arizona skies are much better than California's, but that's just from what I've experienced. But if it IS SoCal, then I guess that's pretty rare to have such clear air with defined clouds like that...but I'm just rambling. o.o

That was taken in Anza-Borrego, which is in southern California.. but not in the LA area of it. I used to be the same way with deserts, then I moved to Tahoe... now I have no issues with dry climates. ^^

nice shot! at times its a great place to be.. random weather from time to time lol.. the other day it was clear skies, a perfect day to go to the beach...then it just randomly starts to get cloudy and decided to hail lol..
