Thrown and handbuilt clay, iron oxide, glazes and slip.

Another older piece from college. It has 2 sculpted squirrels near the top and incised "drawings" of 3 squirrels around the middle. The 3 squirrels are "beating up" predators - one is kicking a snake (shown) and the other 2 are attacking a dog and a hawk respectively.

I think I might revisit this theme in the future. I really like squirrels and they lend themselves well to this kind of silliness.
