First of all, that's freakin cute and that you so much!~ x3
As for critiquing it let me start by saying that when it comes to non-realism pictures, especially in chibi type style is that it is very subjective.
The drawing itself, for a chibi, came out amazing.
What I would recommend though for future projects is adding maybe some poses to it to add a bit more life to it.
The facial expression was well done and added character to it with the smirk and raised eyebrow, as opposed to just making a face.
Overall, it came out adorable! And that was the point so very nicely done
