This was in a Role-Play when Kennedy was sent on a mission by the CIA to investigate suspicious activity in Chile, and soon he discovers, and confronts a Bomb-Making Squad. A battle took place and the 6 bomb-makers were killed, but Kennedy was left to face one of the terrorists who were responsible for the downing of a UNSC Gunship, ending hundreds of lives. This terrorist is Sarin Yecht, who is an Xentrifuge Storm Elite. As you can see, Sarin is pursuing Kennedy.
Kennedy escaped Sarin's Rampage, but his escape, made Sarin escape the CIA's pursuit unharmed.
