What a lovely photo and roo!

Thank you, and I know right! He was napping right in front of the fence to the enclosure so I was able to get a really nice shot of him. They are usually pretty far in the back of the enclosure so its hard to get good pictures of them. Really love how bright his coloring is too!

One of the best red roo pics I've seen in awhile. Roos are so lazy but it's OK. We're helping save the universe by reducing entropy ^.~

I'm glad you think so. I took a bunch of pictures of the roos and wallbies, but only a few actually came out well enough that I am happy with them.

I hope to be able to get healthy enough where I can start visiting zoos again. It's been forever since I've been to one.

I haven't been in a while myself, but I was very excited that my boyfriend was able to get the time off to go with me :) This zoo has a Deer Forest where you can walk around and hang out with Fallow Deer as well as a seperate exhibit for Sika Deer (My favorite species) that are huge sweethearts. Its wonderful to be able to interact with my favorite animals the way I can at this zoo, so I love being there. I took nearly 100 photos just of the deer because I couldn't help myself. One of them was just like a dog and kept asking my boyfriend and I for head scratches and neck rubs.

Awwww! That's awesome! I'm glad you get to have that experience. I think i'd feel and do the same if I ended up at a petting zoo with roos lol. I'd take tons of photos!
