Akito was wearing a wedding dress in the anime show/manga. omg!!.. srsly XD.. it looked cute on him :heart: Agito was killing people with that dress on >>; and I'm surprised he didn't freak out in the anime series one when it was first put on him XD; (well Akito was in control at the time) Akito/Agito is NOT A GIRL!! ( wow, this goes right back to my character I-V that looks like a girl but isn't XD how odd, and funny. )

there's not enough in comic evidence for it. Even when Kazu identifies Agito as a boy cause of the 'shape of his ass' he's way too hetero. Hell Kazu's just a doof. He has uber fangirl Emily (the track girl) and he doesn't know it. He was practically swarmed by boob-cultists and he didn't even blink (admittedly he was emo at the time)

it's called a "Gaussian blur", done in photoshop, I rarely do that to my pictures sometimes.
All I do is make a copy of line art layer that I used, then I go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur and after that you can mess around with the radius pixels that suits you, then click "ok". You can also lower the opacity of the blurred line art too to make it look softer too. And thats all to it :3
