I just noticed that Tabitha has the single wide white stripe that Sabrina has. Warren and Endora have never been shown from the back so I don't know about their white stripe.
It's sort of out of character, to me anyway, to see Sheila acting this way with Tabitha. After all, this is the first time I recall seeing any interaction between Tabitha and Sheila. But, Sheila is a "woman" (I know she's a vixen.) so maybe playing with children would come naturally to her, just like it does with Zig Zag.
